MEET STEPHANIE CRAIG
Stephanie Craig’s recent appointment as the Human Resources Director at McGill is a significant milestone for our engineering firm. With her impressive background and experience in the field, Stephanie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new role.
As a graduate of Western Carolina University with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources from Gardner-Webb University, Stephanie’s educational background has prepared her well for the challenges of leading the Human Resources department here at McGill.
Having worked in the human resources field for over thirteen years across various industries such as sales, healthcare, and local government, Stephanie has gained valuable experience in managing and developing human capital. Her most recent role as the Human Resources Manager at the City of Asheville, where she oversaw supported a large staff of over thirteen hundred employees, showcases her ability to handle complex HR issues and develop effective strategies to support employee wellbeing and career development.
