City of Asheville and McGill Host Water Line Meeting

Informative Session for Water System Improvements in Enka and Emma Communities

The City of Asheville, T&K Utilities, Inc., and McGill hosted a public information meeting August 15, covering the Phase 2 McGill-designed water lines in Enka-Candler and Emma to improve public health and safety by replacing undersized and aging water lines and installing fire hydrants. The City of Asheville is replacing 20 miles of water lines, inside and outside of the City, under its current Neighborhood Enhancement Projects.
