McGill Associates’ Clients Receive Funding for Clean Water Projects
Mount Olive, Clyde, Salisbury, Lenoir Awarded Funding
McGill Associates is pleased to announce that four of our local government clients have received grant monies to aid their clean water initiatives. These clients include:
- Mount Olive Township– Asset and Inventory Assessment Grant for Sewer – $150,000
- Town of Clyde-Water System Asset and Inventory Assessment – $50,000
- City of Salisbury-Asset Inventory and Assessment Grant for Water- $130,000
- City of Lenoir- Water Asset Inventory and Assessment Grant- $80,000
The funds were awarded by Governor Pat McCrory’s environmental agency, totaling $410,000.
“Reliable infrastructure is crucial to protecting public health, improving quality of life, and providing economic opportunities in all of our communities,” said Governor McCrory in a recent press release.These projects will enhance water quality and pave the way for economic growth in towns across the state.”
